Phil has helped many councils define their strategies, build business cases, and execute on projects. Phil has also used his expertise in other industries such as utilities, educational institutions, and healthcare providers. Phil is passionate about getting the outcomes that are planned.
Phil helped design systems before deciding to use his skills to help organisations define their strategies and used his knowledge to ensure the solutions met the requirements.
Phil has helped remediate many projects that were failing and has developed the most significant knowledge of council requirements and vendor capabilities.

Beginning in Local Government at the former City of Brighton, Diana has also worked for the Shire of Bass Coast, as well as Catalyst Business Systems, Praxa Limited and SMS Consulting. She has an extensive understanding of the activities of Local Authorities and is well versed in the preparation of Strategic Reviews of businesses – both Government and non-Government.
